Fake it til you make it: this is one of my favourite tips for public speaking. It's normal to be nervous speaking in front of other people, even more so doing it in a foreign language.
But with a few body language hacks, you will look confident on the outside, even if on the inside you are shaking like a leaf. Just has using your smile muscles makes you feel happier, research has shown that the more confident your posture is, the more confident you will actually become.
Small things like putting your weight equally on your two feet, not tilting your head and not touching your hair, face or neck, will all make you seem more confident.
If you're presenting in a foreign language, you will make some mistakes and your pronunciation won't be perfect, but concentrate on your positive body language and your audience won't even notice.
